How to request deletion, what Perinkle reviews first, and which records may need lawful retention.

Signed-in customers can open Account → Profile & settings → Account deletion, provide an optional reason, confirm the request, and submit it for review.
Email support@perinkle.in from your registered email address with the subject “Delete my Perinkle account”. Include your registered mobile number. Perinkle may verify account ownership before acting on the request.
Your profile, saved addresses, reviews and eligible uploaded content are deleted or de-identified. Transaction, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, dispute, safety, and legal-compliance records may be retained for the period required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
