Official Program Rules
Perinkle Credits
Perinkle Credits are promotional discount units issued by Perinkle. They are not money, stored value, a payment instrument, or a bank balance.
1 Perinkle Credit = ₹1 discount
Credits may be issued through fixed and disclosed Perinkle promotions, eligible booking or shopping coupons, customer-support adjustments, or other clearly described promotional campaigns. Credits are not guaranteed on every transaction.
- Booking Reward Credits become available only after the qualifying salon booking is completed and remains eligible.
- Product Reward Credits become available after delivery and any applicable eligibility or return hold. The current standard product reward hold is 7 days, but a longer disclosed return window may apply.
- The amount or earning rate is fixed by the applicable offer and shown before participation or in the offer details.
- Credits are never awarded by chance, lottery, spin, draw, or another random outcome.
Current maximumUp to 70% of the eligible transaction value may currently be paid with Credits.
Value at checkoutEach Credit reduces the eligible payable amount by ₹1. Any remaining amount must be paid using an available payment method.
- The applicable maximum is configurable from 0% to 100%. The percentage and maximum Credit amount shown in the server checkout quote control that transaction.
- The eligible transaction value is calculated after coupons and other item or service discounts.
- For product orders, delivery charges and cash-on-delivery fees are excluded and cannot be paid with Credits.
- Credits are applied as a promotional discount and are not sent to a salon, seller, bank account, or payment wallet.
Standard Reward Credits expire 60 days after they become available, unless a different expiry is clearly shown for a specific promotion or support grant. Customers can view each earning, use, restoration, reversal, and expiry entry in Perinkle Credits activity.
- Credits are used from the grants that expire first.
- Unused Credits expire at the date shown in the app and cannot be used after expiry.
- Perinkle does not convert expired Credits to money or extend them except where these rules require restoration of remaining validity.
- When an eligible booking or product order is cancelled, refunded, or returned, Credits applied to that transaction are restored separately from the monetary refund.
- Restored Credits keep their original expiry. If they expired while locked in the active transaction, only the validity remaining when they were applied resumes from the restoration date.
- The recorded cash-paid amount is refunded to the original payment method where eligible. Promotional Credits never reduce that monetary refund.
- Delivery fees, COD fees, and other non-refundable charges are handled under the Cancellation and Refund Policy and are not restored as Credits unless expressly stated.
Credits earned from a transaction depend on that transaction remaining eligible. If it is later cancelled, refunded, returned, charged back, or otherwise becomes ineligible, the related reward is reversed exactly once.
- Pending Reward Credits are cancelled before they become spendable.
- Unused earned Credits are removed and recorded as a reward-reversal entry.
- If reversed Reward Credits were already used, the used amount becomes a non-cash promotional adjustment settled only from future rewards. It is not collected from the customer and does not reduce a cash refund.
- Future rewards first settle any outstanding promotional adjustment; only the remaining reward becomes spendable.
- Credits cannot be purchased or recharged by customers.
- Credits are personal, non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and cannot be sold, gifted, traded, or converted into cash.
- Credits are non-random promotional discounts and do not represent winnings, prizes of chance, deposits, investments, or earnings payable to the customer.
- Credits may be withheld, corrected, or reversed for fraud, abuse, duplicate grants, payment reversals, or breach of the applicable offer or Perinkle Terms of Use.
