For serviceable Indian pincodes, delivery costs ₹60 per order below an eligible product subtotal of ₹500. At ₹500 or above, delivery is free. Multiple sellers do not multiply the customer delivery fee.
Delivery availability and estimates are checked before checkout. Any applicable cash-on-delivery fee is shown separately. Final charges are shown before order confirmation.
Delivery availability is checked using the address, postal code, product, seller pickup location, stock, quantity, and active logistics coverage. An item may be serviceable at one address and unavailable at another.
Product price, delivery fee, applicable COD fee, discount, taxes, and final payable amount are shown before order confirmation. Cash on delivery is offered only when enabled for the product, order value, and delivery location.
A carrier may reattempt delivery or return the parcel when the address is incomplete, the recipient is unavailable, COD payment is not made, or delivery is refused. Refund eligibility for a returned prepaid order is reviewed after the return is confirmed and applicable non-refundable charges, if any, are disclosed.
