About Perinkle

Perinkle is a beauty and wellness platform that helps customers discover salons, book salon services, buy beauty and cosmetic products, and interact with approved salon partners and sellers. Unless expressly stated, Perinkle does not itself perform salon services or manufacture third-party products.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to create or operate a Perinkle customer, salon partner, seller, or staff account. Persons under 18 must not create or operate an account.

An adult parent or legal guardian may use their own account to arrange an age-appropriate salon service for a minor where the salon offers that service and applicable law permits it. The adult account holder remains responsible for the booking, payment, supervision, consent, and communications.

Accounts and responsibilities

• Provide accurate account, address, booking, business, product, and payment information.
• Keep passwords, verification codes, and devices secure.
• Do not create fake accounts, bookings, orders, reviews, listings, or documents.
• Do not misuse coupons, wallet credit, cashback, refunds, payouts, OTPs, or payment systems.
• Salon partners and sellers must maintain accurate services, availability, stock, pricing, documents, and legally compliant products.

Community Guidelines and user-generated content

User-generated content includes reviews, ratings, chat messages, images, profile details, salon details, product details, and other material submitted through Perinkle. Before posting user-generated content, you must accept these Terms and the Community Guidelines shown in the app.

You must not submit or promote:

• Nudity, sexual content, or any child sexual abuse or exploitation content.
• Graphic violence, threats, encouragement of violence, harassment, bullying, or stalking.
• Hate speech or discrimination based on protected characteristics.
• Illegal content, dangerous conduct, malware, spam, scams, fraud, or impersonation.
• Another person's private information or content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
• Fake, misleading, promotional, abusive, defamatory, or unrelated reviews.

Use the menu on a conversation or review to report content or an account. You can block another account to prevent further contact and hide that account's reviews from your experience. Do not circumvent a block, abuse reporting tools, or retaliate against a reporter.

Perinkle reviews reports and may remove content, issue a warning, restrict features, suspend or terminate an account, preserve evidence, or report unlawful conduct to the appropriate authority. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate action.

Payments, wallet, refunds, and delivery

Payments may be processed through approved gateways. Wallet balance, coupons, cashback, refunds, cancellations, returns, COD fees, delivery charges, commissions, and payouts are subject to the eligibility and rules shown by Perinkle. Delivery estimates depend on third-party logistics partners.

Suspension and account deletion

Perinkle may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, unsafe conduct, payment misuse, counterfeit products, fake listings, content violations, legal violations, or security risk. Users may request deletion at perinkle.in/account-deletion, subject to transaction, dispute, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal-retention requirements.

Platform availability and liability

Perinkle depends on hosting, internet, payment gateways, maps, Firebase, courier partners, OTP providers, and other services and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Perinkle is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party service failures, seller product defects, courier delays, salon service quality, or user misconduct.
