These guidelines apply to reviews, ratings, profile information, salon and seller listings, uploaded photos, support messages, and other content shared through Perinkle.

Content we welcome

• Honest, specific reviews based on a genuine booking, service, or purchase.
• Accurate service, product, price, availability, qualification, and business information.
• Respectful feedback that helps customers, salons, sellers, and Perinkle resolve concerns.

Content and conduct not allowed

• Harassment, threats, hate, discrimination, sexual exploitation, or promotion of illegal or unsafe activity.
• Fake reviews, review manipulation, impersonation, spam, misleading claims, counterfeit listings, or undisclosed conflicts of interest.
• Personal data, payment credentials, OTPs, private conversations, or images of another person shared without a lawful basis.
• Copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights violations.

Moderation and enforcement

Perinkle may limit visibility, request evidence, edit formatting without changing meaning, remove content, restrict features, suspend an account, or refer serious matters to appropriate authorities. Context, severity, history, safety, and applicable law are considered.
